TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT 

Commissioned pieces are made upon order, where a non-refundable deposit is required in order to begin your artwork and secure your scheduled time slot. Acceptable payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit cards as well as cash orders.

Once your order is near completion, you be will asked for the remaining balance. Your custom order will be shipped via UPS Priority unless otherwise agreed. Signature confirmation will be added to all orders over £500.

The scale for each commission may vary, due to the complexity of some designs. During the consultation, this will be discussed and agreed. In most cases, I aim to complete all orders within 28 working days.

READY TO SHIP

ONLINE PURCHASES

Please ensure you read all the product descriptions carefully before making purchases online. Dimensions and detailed descriptions are carefully provided for you. 


In some cases, items just don't work out, that's why you have 14 days of receiving your item(s) to send your unused and same-condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund shipping fees.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds/store credit are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

REFUNDS 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please also check with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially visible. There is often some processing time before a refund is released.

CUSTOM/SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, custom-designed and sale items cannot be refunded. Custom designs especially where initials and names have been used are non-refundable due to their nature.

I guarantee the quality of my workmanship and offer a lifetime guarantee on all my stitching and hardware (although I cannot control the life of a zip).
